As part of the NCDLA’s ongoing partnership with the NCDS through their Missions of Mercy program, we have listed some information below that should give you a better understanding of how to prepare for and what to expect during a typical M.O.M. event.
Please note that the following list is a suggestion. Although having all of these items would be helpful, it is not a requirement. Any and all donations of time, services, and supplies will be greatly appreciated.
Remember: EVERYONE can help in some fashion.
Here is an Update from a Recent M.O.M. Clinic in Sparta, NC!
Hello Everyone,
Another successful M.O.M. clinic is in the books!!!
We saw 462 patients in Sparta!!!! that included 48 removable appliances!!! What a wonderful addition the Lab piece has made to our program!!!
Last year we saw 424 patients (11 appliances).
A special Thank You goes out to... the Class A Technicians from the NC Dental Laboratory Association. They continue to give of their time and expertise to help our patients. Amazing work guys and ladies!!! ...The doctors, assistants and the super Techs put a lot of smiles back on peoples faces....
